Our practice focuses on diagnosis and treatment of allergies, asthma and immunology in adults and children.
We see patients age 4 and up, and we strive to provide the most comprehensive, state of the art allergy and asthma care in Santa Clara County, California.
We diagnose and treat hay fever, asthma, sinus diseases, chronic cough, recurrent infections, hives, eczema, skin allergies, food allergy, insect allergy, and pet allergy.
We contract with all the major insurances including Medicare, Aetna, Blue Cross PPO, Blue Shield, Cigna, Healthnet, United HealthCare, SCCIPA HMO, Physician’s Medical Group (PMG), and many minor insurances.
Other insurances on contract are certain EPOs under United Healthcare EPOs, Blue Shield EPO, and POS plans.
We are not contracted with Blue Cross, Aetna, and Cigna EPOs. We see some Stanford Healthcare patients, please submit insurance card by email to vh@chuallergy.com or kv@chuallergy.com or FAX to 669-242-7914, or bring card in to my staff so they can call and verify the Stanford insurance.
